An awesome dinner



Last night I tried a new crock pot recipe, and my family loved it!

Creamy Crock Pot Beef Stew

1lb beef Stew Meat
1/4 c. flour
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2c. potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (5oz) can mushrooms, drained

**In small bowl, add flour, coat meat in flour, then transfer to crock pot. Add potatoes and mushrooms. Mix soup and 2 cans of water, add to crock pot. Cover and cook low 6 to 8 hrs or high 4 hrs. Serve over noodles or rice!

This looks so yummy! Perfect for the cold weather we've been having lately. We're supposed to get snow flurries on Tuesday! This recipe might just be the ticket.:)
