Last night I tried a new crock pot recipe, and my family loved it!
Creamy Crock Pot Beef Stew
1lb beef Stew Meat
1/4 c. flour
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2c. potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (5oz) can mushrooms, drained
**In small bowl, add flour, coat meat in flour, then transfer to crock pot. Add potatoes and mushrooms. Mix soup and 2 cans of water, add to crock pot. Cover and cook low 6 to 8 hrs or high 4 hrs. Serve over noodles or rice!
